New Washermenpet Metro Station — Line and Route

The Blue Line runs between Wimco Nagar Depot and Chennai International Airport. From New Washermenpet, the previous station is Tollgate and the next station is Tondiarpet. On this line, trains run from about 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Sundays from about 5:00 AM), every 6 minutes in peak hours and 7 minutes off-peak. The station has 4 entry and exit points: Gate E — towards Soundarapandi Subbammal Hr Sec School; Gate E — towards Towards Ennore Bus stop; Gate E — towards Towards Washermanpet Mint; Gate E — towards Temple Park Matriculation School.
