Virugambakkam South Metro Station — Line and Route
The Yellow Line runs between Poonamallee Bypass and Vadapalani. From Virugambakkam South, the previous station is Alwarthirunagar and the next station is Saligramam. On this line, trains run from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, every 10 minutes in peak hours (8–11 AM, 5–8 PM) and 15 minutes off-peak; on Sundays it is a flat 15 minutes.
