Chennai Metro fare structure (2026)
CMRL uses an official station-to-station fare table — not a distance formula. Single-journey (token/QR) fares run from ₹10 to ₹50. Paying with a CMRL / Singara Chennai card gets the official 20% discounted fare on every journey (₹8–₹40). The newly opened Yellow Line (Vadapalani ↔ Poonamallee Bypass) tops out at ₹40.
