Hosa Road Metro Station — Yellow Line, Namma Metro
Hosa Road Metro Station is an elevated station on the Yellow Line of Namma Metro in Bengaluru, located at Begur. The Yellow Line runs 19.15 km from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road to Bommasandra, largely along Hosur Road, across 16 fully elevated stations. It was inaugurated on 10 August 2025 and opened to passengers the following day, built at a cost of about Rs 7,610 crore.
The station serves the Hosa Road junction and the Begur layouts, one of the fastest-growing residential corridors on the southern edge of the city. It marks the northern end of the Bommasandra–Hosa Road construction package.

The station has 2 platforms. Platform 1 serves trains towards Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road; Platform 2 serves trains towards Delta Electronics Bommasandra. RV Road is the only working interchange on the line, where you can change to the Green Line for Jayanagar, Majestic and Silk Institute, and at Majestic onward to the Purple Line for MG Road and Whitefield. Two further interchanges are planned: the Pink Line at Jayadeva Hospital and the Blue Line at Central Silk Board.

Yellow Line services generally begin around 6:00 am from Tuesday to Saturday, 5:05 am on Mondays and 7:00 am on Sundays, with the last train leaving Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road at about 11:55 pm. Parking at Hosa Road Metro Station
BMRCL provides parking for 90 two-wheelers and 10 cycles. There is no car parking at this station, which is typical of the Yellow Line. Charges are Rs 15 for the first four hours for two-wheelers and Rs 30 for a full day; Rs 30 for the first four hours for cars and Rs 60 for a full day. Cycle parking is free. Overnight parking is not permitted.
