Sandal Soap Factory Metro Station — Green Line, Namma Metro

Sandal Soap Factory Metro Station is an elevated station on the Green Line of Namma Metro in Bengaluru, at Sandal Soap Factory. The Green Line runs north to south from Madavara to Silk Institute across 32 stations, linking Tumkur Road, Malleshwaram, the old city markets and Kanakapura Road. It opened on 2014-03-01.

Named after the Karnataka Soaps and Detergents factory that makes Mysore Sandal Soap, the station serves the surrounding Rajajinagar industrial and residential area.

The station has two platforms. Platform 1 serves trains towards Madavara; Platform 2 serves trains towards Silk Institute. The Green Line interchanges with the Purple Line at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda (Majestic) and with the Yellow Line at Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road for Electronic City.
